Rosa Maria Ciampo #2 Birth Record--help with translation

I previously asked for a translation of Rosa Maria Ciampo, born in 1811, I had record of a Rosa Maria Ciamp(a) born in 1812.
Well, I found it. The one born in 1811 must have died. Here is a record for Rosa Maria Ciamp (a) born in 1812. Parents, Antonio Ciampo and Giovanna Savone.
Please help in translating this record. Thanks!
