Please translate my grandfather Quinto MARCHETTI's birth certificate into English. Any help is very much appreciated.

On Aug 18 1894, in front of the Civil state Officer appeared Corrado Marchetti, property owner, aged 43, to declare that on Aug 14, his wife Giuseppa Montanelli, gave birth to male baby named Quinto

to add to Livio's translation-

Corrado was age 43 and a property owner, as Livio already stated. His wife, Giuseppa Montanelli, was an "attendente alle cure." This occupation is normally found with the word "domestiche" following it and was assigned to women in the civil acts who did not actually have an occupation other than that they tended to, or took care of, the house. The only other thing is that the infant was not presented at the town hall, due to the distance to it from where it was born. Corrado appeared there though to attest to the veracity of the birth.
