Any one know what this is in reference too?

I looked at Italian translations but this is not in there.

Piddu is the Sicilian diminutive form of Giuseppe.

Hard to know what your reference is out of context.

Ok I will try to upload the document I have tried to translate it but if you can translate and send it back I would appreciate it I am sure there is a lot of information I am missing in this document.
Its a page from a book from the town of Valllelunga. I tried to add the page don't understand I can't seem to load the file any suggestions?

Try using an imagesharing site such as www.postimage.org
Copy and paste the URL for Thumbnails for Forum1 - it allows us to enlarge the image.
