does this act mean that this abandoned child named Antonino born 7 Jul 1804 is now recognized as the legitimate child of Liberatore Dotolo & Caterina Albanese OR did they adopt this child OR...????

Yes, the infant who had been baptized as a foundling, and given the name of Antonino at the time, is now recognized by his father (the declarant) as being his own boy who was born to him and Caterina, who today is his legitimate wife. I gather that, at the time of the baptism, Liberatore and Caterina were not married. She was equally present at this recognition.
