Help with parents names in marriage of Lorenzo and Giuseppa

There is one word I am having extreme difficulty translating in the marriage record of Lorenzo Samperi and Giuseppa Conighi. It is the word marked in red on the image below.

A rough transcript of the yellow highlighted section is as follows:

...Laurentuim Samperi filium qd [quondam] Magistri JoannisBatti et Cecilis Galati [??im] sponsum qd Agathe Merediapari[?] [marginal word unknown] et Josepham Conighi filiam qd Salvatoris et Maria de Messina...

The main thing I would like to verify is that Lorenzo is the son of Cecilia Galati, and to know whether Agata Merediapari[?] is a former spouse of Giobatta Samperi.

Lorenzo's parents: deceased (maestri) GiovanniBatta (Samperi) and Cecilia Galati. Lorenzo was the former spouse of deceased Agata. Not sure about her surname.

Giuseppa Coniglio daughter of deceased Salvatore(Coniglio) and Maria de Messina

The surname is Merrali -- cross referenced with the original record from the first marriage as well as the master marriage index. Not sure what the word following Merrali is, but I now have the basic info.

I'm glad you had Agata's surname. I was considering Mercoli, but that is not a surname from this area.

I think that what comes after that is the abbreviation for the Latin word civitas (town), or some form of that word, because the word after that seems to be the abbreviation for suddetto (so I am reading "town above").
