Hello,
Pretty good at the formatted birth records but not having much luck with this one. Looking for the names of Filomena's father, mother, and grandparents along with any other pertinent information. If they include the ages for any of the mentioned people that would be great as well so I know the approximate birth dates. Thank you!

mmogno has provided a link to the 1869 births index. Can you identify the number of the record you wish translated?
