Colonna siblings?

Hi all,

Trying to make sense of these records, as the names change slightly over time. I've come across a record that I'm trying to figure out if it fits with the others. Rosa Colonna, born 1864. Parents are listed as Vito Michele & Chiara Calia.

I'm wondering on an opinion on whether she is a sibling of the following, all who list the father as Michele Colonna with wife Chiara Calia. Here is their marriage in 1856.

Santa Colonna (1857)

Angela Colonna (1859)

Giovanni Colonna (1862)

It seems unlikely that there are 2 Chiara Calia's the same age who married Colonna's (one Michele and one Vito Michele). But it is also unusual, since it's the only record using Vito Michele.

I would say they are siblings

But it is so weird!!! Why would he suddenly add Vito to his name? It's really bizarre!

It may have been just an error of the clerk

Hmm. well that could make some sense

Actually looking at my tree, Chiara Calia's brother's name is Vitomichele. So...maybe the error does make sense.

With Chiara's brother being Vitomichele --- it makes even more sense (errors by the clerks were more common than you might think. Often corrected, but sometimes, not )

ah thanks. copied the wrong link. I corrected it here. This is the link to the birth index. He's actual image is incorrect online. It seems they scanned the record before his twice, and omitted his. Only page 2 of his actual birth record is there.
