Hi Everyone:
I found a birth record that I need help with translation of the side bar. This is what I have so far:
Name: Chiara Lazzizzera
Date of Birth: August 24, 1891
Father: Francesco Lazzizzera
Mother: Nunzia Spadavecchia
Address: Via Marina #42, Molfetta
1) Side bar: Married Mauro Lorenzo Gadaleta in Molfetta on Oct. 21, 1914 Record number 261
2) Underneath above - It mentions a Paolo Spadavecchia of the late Angelo. Is this a second husband? What is the date of marriage, if mentioned.
3) She died January 13, 1962 (second part next page)
Here is the link:

I thank you in advance for your time and help.
