Side notation appears to be a summary of the death act and states that Gioanni Besso Antonio Costa-Masser, son of deceased Besso and of deceased Maria Domenica Picco age 55, cauldron maker, born and residing in this town, widower of Maria Cattarina Grisolano, daughter of deceased Giacomo, died on 19 January about 6 PM in borgata Costa.

Before the official appeared the declarants: Gioanni Battista Grisolano, son of deceased Giacomo, 55, day laborer, and Antonio Grisolano, son of deceased Giacomo, 39, day laborer, both residing in the town, to declare that Gioanni Besso Antonio Costa-Masser, son of deceased Besso and of deceased Maria Domenica Picco, age 55, cauldron maker born and residing in this town, widower of Maria Cattarina Grisolano, daughter of deceased Giacomo died on 19 January about 6 PM, in borgata Costa, a village of this town. Present as witnesses to this declaration were Giacomo Grisolano, son of deceased Pietro, 33, cauldron maker; and Giacomo Grisolano, son of Gioanni Battista, age 23, day laborer, both rsiding in the town.
