Alfonso Izzo was born on March 10, 1851 and baptized on the 11th. His parents: Gennaro Izzo, age 46, and Rosa Izzo, age 42. On the second page there is a notation saying that he married Elisabetta Grasso in S Agata de' Goti on April 7, 1879.

BTW, even though Livio gave you the correct info about the notation written across the top of the birth record on page 1, I have checked the marriage records for the city of Caserta for 1903 (I checked some other years too) and don't see a record there for his marriage to Teresa Toscano. So the marriage must have taken place in another town in the province of Caserta.

No problem, T. I meant to add that I don't see the 1879 marriage records for S Agata online either.
