Hello, I have a birth of Pasquale Marchese on 2 Feb 1893 in Carlentini, Syracuse, Sicily, Italy

Need to read the 2 notations, one under his name, and the other in the margin far left.

Looks like it shows a marriage on 5 May 1915 to Giardina?
The other looks like it mentions a naturale birth to Lucia Grasso?

Looks like it shows a marriage on 5 May 1915 to Giardina? I read 8 May 1915 to Giardina La Castrana (bot sure about the name)
The other looks like it mentions a naturale birth to Lucia Grasso? My understanding is that on 12 Feb 1920 Angiolina Corlezzola (mother of Pasquale Marchese), daughter of unknown parents, was recognized to be the daughter of Lucia Grosso (or Grasso). Lucia was the daughter of dec Sebastiano

Wow, thanks everyone! Yes found the birth of Pasquale's wife Sebastiana Giardina and has the same notation as married in 1915. See attached.

Thanks also for the info on Lucia Grasso. Will need to do more research in the films!

You guys helped solve a family mystery! While finding this Pasquale Marchese's birth, found his 1st cousin born also in 1893 and is the same name. He was transcribed incorrectly as Pasquale Mangiameli in the index. We have been searching for about a year for this other one. BINGO!
