On 8 May 1867 at 2100 hours in the town hall of Geraci Siculo appeared Giovanni Neglia, 53, a manual laborer, and Pietro Antonio Scanarello, 46, a farmer, who declared that today at 2000 hours in the home of the Priest Father Giuseppe Miriana died Signor Simeone Valenza, 52, a mensiere?, husband of Domenica Sciajano, parents, the deceased Placido and Maria Alesso.
