Alfonso Galuppo b.1890 (approx) Montagano, Campobasso

Post by Ginevra »

Hello everyone.

I'm hoping to find some information about my great grandfather Alfonso Galuppo. He left his wife, Angelina Mariano Galuppo, and son, Mario, in the early 1920s. According to the Montaganese gossip du jour, Alfonso moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he re-married, and had other children.

My grandfather is in his 80s, and would love to know what became of his father, and if he has any siblings (His only sister Ida passed away in the 1950s).

If any of these names are familiar/you could provide some links to Argentinian immigration resources on the net, please let me know!

Thank you!
Ginevra

Here is a link to Argentina immigration records, but I think it only goes to 1920.
