Please help with translation of marriage between Fiore Barbetta and Maria Dilorito

Can anyone help me translate the following marriage record. I'm specifically interested in the groom's mother's name (I think I see Fra Camilla Martinello???). Could the "fra" indicate nobility? Also, I can't make out the town that fiore's parents are from (vita quicr???). Any help is greatly appreciated!

Groom: Fiore Barbetta, 25, farmer born in Torrevecchia Teatina, residing in the town; son of Giovanni residing there, and of deceased (fu) Camilla Martinelli residing there in her lifetime.
Bride: Maria Carmina Lorito, 18, farmer born in Montesilvano Cappele, residing in Torrevecchia Teatina; daughter of Luigi residing in this town, and of Angela Giancola residing there.
The presented to the official the certificate of publication of banns of marriage which were posted on 30 November and 7 December. Also present were the parents of the bride to give their consent.
