act # 3 - Fasulo - Fasulo marriage


beginning the end of 10th line down : sono comparsi Pasquale Fasulo.... i think it reads that he is a foundling? (figlio di stato) and ends with born 3 May 1849. not sure about everything in between....especially interested in line 14, which begins with 'civile del ...nel di sei stante."

if it is accurate that he is a foundling, i find it interesting because Fasulo is a common name in this town. Would/could he have taken on her surname? any thoughts are appreciated.

He was born in Caiazzo, which is in Caserta Province. That's where his birth act was from. Also, it does appear he was a foundling. You should be able to access the act from a family history center.
