I agree with Livio about Serafino being a farmacista-pharmacist-prepared and sold medicines

As to Domenico, I think the word is scaparo (or scapaio-which would be written with an accent over the second a)- an artisan or craftsman who made and repaired shoes, or a shoe peddler
