Did Salvatore die in Brazil?

Happy to help!

T.

Nice! Yes familysearch I could enter.

But this other link I couldnt: https://www.ancestry.com/interactive/18 ... 8298-00765

Is it the same image?

Salvatore died in Italy I think, because Stefana came to brasil alone in 1948 (I think it was after his dead.... to see her sons...)

As we can see in the only document I have of her (passport): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VkDP1I ... sp=sharing

FWIW, here is your GGF Stefano Sciangula in my tree.

Vincenz Zirafa and Caterina Mattana may have died in San Biagio Platani, as that's where their younger daughter Giuseppa was born and died.

Giuseppe Moscato may have been from Canicatti. The leaf that you can see attached to him is a hint to the tree of "MarioTheGreat." I know Mario - he gets a lot of church records from Raimondo Lentini and is usually pretty accurate. He has the place of death of Giuseppe as Canicatti and also has an estimate for his year of birth, which implies that Mario has seen a copy of the death record. I know of Giuseppe's date of death only from the 2nd page of the marriage record of Carolina Moscato. Giuseppe's other son Francesco died in Canicatti.
