Help translating Caruso twins

I believe these may be twins Giovanni & Giuseppe born in 1873 to Maria Francesca Fusella & Gaetano Caruso. But I am not sure as I have never heard of these twins. Gaetano & Francesca were my 2x great grandparents. I would love someone to tell me if these are their twins and when they were born and whether I have the names correct and are they boys or girls LOL. Thank you
