Can someone please tell me if this birth is legitimate? I am having a hard time finding the marriage record for Don Nicola Robertiello and Maria Gaetana Cione. Also is the date of birth December 21st or 23th

Alfonso Lorenzo was born 21 December but the birth was registered on the 23rd. Yes they were married. Maybe Maria was born in another town? Normally the marriage took place in brides birth town. Look to see if there are marriage banns - they will have the brides birth town.

Unfortunately, this record does not indicate the birthplace of Maria Gaetana Cione, either.

This record is the death record for Maria Gaetana Cione. Does it say where she is born? What is the date of death?

Donna Maria Gaetana Cione, age 63, gentlewoman, died on 18 July 1869.
She was the daughter of deceased (both) Lorenzo [Cione] and Antonia Forgione.
She was the wife of Don Nicola Robertiello, son of deceased Paoloantonio [Robertiello].

No mention of her place of birth.

This is the marriage of Maria Geatana Cione’s sister Lucia
Does this tell where Lucia or the parents, Lorenzo and Antonia Forgione are from?

It says that Lucia was born in Bagnoli (Bagnoli Irpino, Avellino?) and that her parents were living in Bagnoli.

The Antenati site has some records online for Bagnoli for the years 1809-1814. They will be putting more records online soon so just keep checking the site. You could check out a Family History Centre and see what they might have there for Bagnoli Irpino.
