Hi All-
I just got back from Ivrea and took some photos of grave markers there in the local cemetery. I'm uploading them to billiongraves but I'm in a pickle trying to transcribe the info.
I think I have figured out "ved." ; meaning "the widow of" but other stones say, for instance,
Burzio Aurelia
N. Mussano (in which the "N." is a smaller typeface.)
or
Burzio Maria Teresa
N. Avignone
Does the "N." stand for Nee, as in the American word? Or "nate" as in "born as"?
Thanks to anyone who can help!
Help with grave marker info
Re: Help with grave marker info
from what I understand they are buried with married name, but Aurelia maiden name was Mussano and Maria Teresa maiden name was Avignone..
