Here is what I see...

#377
Dated 1874 on day 25 of November
Appearing before the official in San Fele was Mariantonia Pellegrino [daughter of Vito], age 52, midwife residing in San Fele, to declare that on the 24th of the month while in bed she heard someone/something and when she opened the door she found a child who she presented to the official. The official observed that the child was about 1 day old, and a male child. He observed that the child had no signs, notes, etc. that would help to identifiy him. The official consigned the child to a wetnurse Filomena Russo [daughter of deceased Giuseppa], to be raised and sent from the wetnurse to her own daughter Elisabetta Ruggieri in about 5 days at the home she lives in at the Castello. By the articles of law the child was given the name Antonio and the surname Guerra.
