Trying to decipher this record.

From what I can understand Santa Monticelli reported that on 28 July 1896 Alfredo Bisognani died.

Questions
1. what do the words following the deceased mean "di ?? quattro"?
2. Is the deceased age indicated at all?
3. Are there any family relationships mentioned in this record?

"mesi quattro" which indicates the age, 4 Months
"da Lorenzo" father
and "da donna ignota" unknown mother

Alright I found the birth record for Alfredo.

looks like he was born on 16 Mar 1896

like Biff said father is Lorenzo, mother is not named (She is the the one that reported the death, however)

trying to figure out what the second name listed is Alfredo ???
