Is this record online? There is no way from what you posted to determine the date of the marriage. You need to post an entire page or, if the date is on a previous page, we would need to see that too.

The parents' names are in the record, but I'm having trouble deciphering the bride's father's first name and her mother's surname. It would help to know what town this record is from.

The groom, Bernardo Salemi, was never before married and the legitimate and natural son of Vincenzo Salemi and Caterina Dragna, a married couple of this town.

The bride, Anna Paternostro, was never before married and the legitimate and natural daughter of ? Paternostro and Giuseppa ? Her parents were also of this town.

The banns of marriage resulted in no impediments to the marriage.

Witnesses: Vincenzo Mancuso and Francesco Latino

It may or may not be online. I got it from an Ancestry.com hint. Here is the full page:

I can see the record and the date of Jan 23, 1791, but you still have not told me the town name. Giuseppa's surname looks like Baccheri to me, but I can't find a surname with that exact spelling. Possibly without the h in it, but knowing the town name, or even the province, could be helpful in getting an accurate read of that name. It may even help with the bride's father's first name. I think it may be Biagio, in Italian.
Thanks

Here's a link to the marriage of Biagio Paternostro and Giuseppa Buccheri (her surname is spelled as Buccheri in this marriage record. So we have the correct names of Anna Paternostro's parents. I have to do some other things now, but will help you later with the translation, if no one else does so first.
