Translate 1891 Marriage Record: Sanzo + Lembo

I've found the 1891 marriage record of my great-great-grandparents Nicolamaria Sanzo and Maria Carmela Lembo. Would greatly appreciate a translation of the document as it is long and filled with crucial information I'm sure! Thank you.

Dated 15 June 1891 in the town hall of Ferrazzano, open to the public.
Before the official ...personally appeared:
1 - Nicolamaria Sanzò, age 21, farmer born in Sepino, residing Sepino, son of deceased Francesco [Sanzò] who residing in Sepino in his lifetime; and of Vittoria Iafrancesco, resident of Sepino
AND
2 - Maria Carmela Lembo, age 26, farmer born in Ferrazzano, residing in Ferrazzano, daughter of Angelomichele [Lembo] residing in Ferrazzano, and of Maria Capocefalo, residing in Ferrazzano.
Witnesses to the recording of the marriage: Olindo Cicchere, 39, tailor; and Francesco Xxxxlillo, 28, shoemaker.
Publication of Banns of Marriage were made in this town and in Sepino on 31 May and 7 June of the current year. At the above marriage was present the mother of the groom to give her consent.

I am reading the birth year as 1870, not 1860; and Francesco's age as 38, not 24.

I agree with T about the year being 1870 and the age of Francesco being 38. However, Nicolamaria is not the daughter of Francesco Sanzo. He is the son. This is a bambino di sesso maschile.

Thank you both again! Question, E said "Vittoria and Arcangelo's surname starts with the letter I (eye) not an L." So, that would make it Iafrancesco opposed to Lafrancesco which seems weird but maybe so? Thoughts?
