#39
Dated 24 December 1893 in Ispani
Midwife Maria Vita, age 70, declared that at 4 PM on the 23rd of the current month i the house at Via Reale, to Rosa Amelia Ribieri, wife of Giovancrisostomo Falconi, residing with him, was born a male child who was presented and to whom was given the name TOMMASO

The right column notation has nothing to do with the birth record. It is the official's closing of the register.
