Death Act Translation?

Post by AmandaP »

Hello! I have attached a death act that i need translated to English. I recognize two names: domenico amoriello and Andrea amoriello. The rest of the handwriting I cannot make out. I have a domenico amoriello and Andrea Amoriello in my family line, and I would like to rule out if the ones listed in the death act are my ancestors or not.

Thank you!!

Death act #24
Dated 13 December 1838
Declarants of the death: Andrea Amoriello, 44, laborer residing in Luzzano; and Domenico Mascaro 36, laborer residing in said town, nephew of the deceased.
They declared that on 12 December at 2 am in her home died Porzia Mascaro, 60, farmer, wife of Domenico Amoriello, born in Luzzano to deceased Domenico Mascaro and deceased Beatrice Ciaramella.
