Here is what I see...
#11
Vincenza Terno
Dated 14 March 1892 in the town office in Marsico before the official.
Appearing was Raffaela Mazzeo [daughter of deceased Angelo] age 27, weaver residing in the town, to present a female child who appeared to be about 5 days old, and with whom she found a cloth band with green lace with yellow ribbon, two black cloths and four linen, two shirts and a cap. The child was delivered by an unknown person at 10 PM.
The official gave the child the name Vicenza and the surname Terno, and consigned her to a wetnurse in the town named Augustalia D'Agrosa(sp?) [daughter of Angelo] farmer, age 36, residing in Via Portello #58, wife of Saverio Cirigliano [son of deceased Giuseppe] with the obligation to provide care and feeding.
NOTE: Often items were left with the child as identification, should the parent(s) come to claim the child at a later date.

Tessa, I believe that you got everything correct... Thank you very much for your work..... especially the child's belongings.... Just so you know, the child later emigrated to the United States and raised a family and her ancestors are still living there today.
Again, thank you... Marc G
