Birth #438
Dated 30 December 1866 in Teano
Before the official appeared Biagio Peccerillo, age 39, farmer, Son of Pasquale, to present a female child, who he declared was born to Domenica Perillo, daughter of deceased Antonio, his legitimate wife, age 36, on 29 December of the current year at 8 am, at their home. The child was given the name Sinfarosa.
Witnesses to the recording of this record were Giuseppe Mastrostefano, age 35, day laborer, and Raffaele Rianna, age 44, farmer, both residing in the town.
The act was signed by only the official as thedeclarant and witnesses were illiterate.

Here is your correct translation :-)

#437
Dated 29 December 1876 in Teano, at 4 PM at the town office.
Before the official... appeared D(on) Domenico Marseglia, age 33, residing in Teano, son of deceased Natale, to present a female child who he declared was born to himself and to Donna Vincenzina Sagliano/Sagliocco(?) de Luna, daughter of Olindo, his (Domenico's) legitimate wife, age 30, [the child was born] on 28 December of the current year at noon in the house of residence of the couple (then mentions deceased Francesco Iannazzo - owner of the house?), situated in Strada della mercato del grano in this town.
The child was given the name ANNA.
To this presentation and declaration were present Mauro di Carlo, 38, and Audino di Gennaro, 52, both residing in the town.
The declarant signed with the official.

Thank you so much Tessa. Been connecting my great great grandmother Anna(Marseglia) Nobile with her family. Still new with the old Italian records, but figuring them out more and more. Sometimes its the little details I would miss that someone else has an easy time seeing. Or sometimes just bad penmanship or the way of writing Marseglia in the body of the record, but looks like a Marzeglia on the side. Vincenzina's last name is Sanchez De Luna on Domenico's death in 1895. As well as d'Aragona added on in some of the kids deaths.

I am not aware of the surname Sanchez de Luna in Caserta.
I DO find Sanchez as a single surname... AND the surname Salzano de Luna is found there.

Can you post Domenico's death act from 1895?

Record 88.

I didnt know any of the Marseglia's until about 2 months ago. Anna's death cert and notice didn't mention parents, and being 90y.o. it looks like she outlived all her siblings. The state hospital records department was her cert informant. I was just was pointed towards the familysearch italian records a couple weeks ago. Searching for Marseglia, Boragine and Nobile families mostly. I found the marriage record for Anna and my great great grandfather Girolamo Nobile. I found one of Girolamo's brothers I knew from a ship manifest, and possibly another. Boragine is my great grandmothers Nerina's maiden name. I was able to confirmed a youngest sister who was born in 1900. With the Marseglia's, the oldest child I can find has a birth abt 1859. Francesca Marseglia died in 1923. Her son Francesco gave the Sanchez De Luna D'Aragona mothers maiden name. Domenico would have been abt 26 and Vincenza 23 at Francesca's birth. So marriage sometime between 1854 to before Francesca. I don't know where Vincenza's family is from. I thought I read somewhere of Sanchez De Luna's closer to Naples. Sant' Arpina or something maybe? Also is the D'Arogona an Aragonese thing, or Aragona Sicily? More research to de done.

According to the death act you provided, Domenico was born in Secondigliano, which is a hamlet of the comune of Napoli.
You may wish to search for records there.

Here is a link to births in Secondigliano. Unfortunately, many years do not have an index, so it is a page by page search.
