Help with translation of 1869 birth record #20 of Catterina Clerico

Hello,
May I please get some help with the translation of this Italian birth record 1869. I cannot make out the day but I think it is Sept. 1869 for Catterina Clerico who is Pietro Clerico of deceased Antonio and Maria Domenica Tonsa both domiciled Lugnacco or ? I cannot read the hour she was born. Is there anything else I should know of importance here?

She was born ieri (yesterday) Sept 25, 1869 at 4 P.M. in the house located in this town (Lugnacco)- Cantone Tonso (I believe it's a section of the town or location within the town). I don't believe it's a street name. I can't find anything about it though.
