I'm thinking that the town here should be Borgetto, Palermo.

I am reading that the groom's surname I is Rappa as is his father's surname, of course;
and the Bride's surname is Vicari, as is her father's, of course.

The first two records posted here are exactly the same record – Request for Marriage Banns to be posted, so not the actual Marriage Record.

Third document is for the church marriage of Giovanni Rappa and Angela Arrigo and is dated Nov 27, 1819.
Church of Santa Maria Maddalena in Borgetto (Palermo)

There was one bann of marriage on Nov 21, 1819, which resulted in no legitimate church related (canonical) impediments to the marriage.

Giovanni Rappa, of this parish and town, had never before been married. He was the legitimate and natural son of deceased Cesario Rappa and living Giovanna Frisina, who had been a married couple when he was alive

Angela Arrigo, of this parish and town, was also never before married and was the legitimate and natural daughter of Emmanuele d'Arrigo and deceased Rosa d'Amico

Witnesses were Clerico Don Giuseppe di Salvo and Don Vincenzo Salamone
