Any help in deciphering the attached marriage record for Cosimo Blandino would be much appreciated. It is record #573, from 1677, from the town of Pietraperzia, Sicily. It begins at the bottom left and continues onto the top right of the attached page. Firstly, is it actually a record of marriage, or is it a "promise" of marriage? Also, his father is Santo, mother is Angela (deceased?). The bride is Anna, and her father is Giacomo, but I cannot read anything more than that.
Thank you very much for anything anyone can add to that.

Re: Marriage record help
I don't think it's a capital c after the "la," given that it doesn't match with the C of Cosimo. Still struggling with it and checking endless (seemingly) lists of names to find a likely match, so all names being considered. Thank you!
