It's for Forni, It's very light and I do not read Italian. I do see that it also has a Maria Sbarra mentioned. Forni is my sure name and Maria Annunziata Sbarra was my 2nd great-grandmother. I'm hoping this is a new relative. Thank you in advance, the help is greatly appreciated

There is a town called Monchio delle Corti that borders Licciano.
