Lithuanian Records - Russian translator

Is anyone here experienced with Lithuanian genealogy? I have completely lost a side of my family who were from there and I cannot figure out how to trace them. Ancestry and Familysearch don't have any useful Lithuanian records available to my knowledge...can anyone help with this? I know that the documents are in Russian so if nobody is experinced with Lithuanian records, is there anyone who can read Russian? I'd appreciate the help!

It's entry #7, the top entry on the page on the right.

Unfortunately, with the exception of the headings in print, the entry is extremely difficult to read. The names and places are Russified versions of Lithuanian names and places, which would be unfamiliar to the majority of Russian speakers. I think you need a Lithuanian person who speaks Russian well to properly translate this.

I'm not a native speaker of Russian...I will have one of my family members who is a native speaker take a look at it.

Yes, the Russian name is used: Shileli. Also I think the date is February 9, 1899. I'm going to go through it with my family member and we'll do the best we can.

Another problem is that this is old Russian..the language changed after the Russian Revolution!
