Birth record notation translation

Post by daisy20 »

HI, can someone translate this birth record for Rosa Costanza from dec 1862,
including the notation at the bottom of the record.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=1482813

Thanks!

The child's name is Rosa Cosenza, not Costanza.

Do you still want a translation?

And the notation at the bottom is not a marriage notation. It is a verification by the official that the record is true and conforms to the official requirements. You can see the same notation on the next birth act.

Hi, no I don’t think this is who I thought it was.

Thanks, Christine
