Registered at no. 5 of the Registry of Deaths of the City of Orsogna (CH) on July 12th, 1903.

Transcription of the death of Damiani Gioacchino, registered at no. 102 of the Registry of Deaths of the City of San Martino in Pensilis (CB) on July 2nd, 1903.

Damiani Gioacchino, aged 51, labourer, born and residing in Orsogna, son of the late Filippo, in life residing in Orsogna, and of the late D'Angelo Maddalena, in life residing in Orsogna, husband of Della Penna Concetta, passed away at 8:10am of the same day in the house located in via Pace.

Witnesses to the fact were Giuseppe Della Malva, aged 31, and Ranieri Domenico, aged 44, both municipal guards of the City of San Martino in Pensilis.

Was the death registered in the City of San Martino because that is where he actually died?
