Thank you Suanj. If Francesco Mangano and Oliva Sigotina were married in 1875, maybe Giovanni [John] Joseph Mangano was the only child they had together and the other siblings were from Francesco previous marriage?
Is there any way that information could be found on Francesco previous marriage and children? Thank you for your help.

Here is a birth in 1874 (the year before the marriage posted by suanj :-D ) for a child of Francesco Paolo Mangano. The record is difficult to read because of the blurriness of the image.
The child was given the name Francesco Paolo.
It is possible that Francesco Paolo's wife (looks like Margherita Colletti?) died in childbirth or soon after.

In addition to the child posted above named Francesco Paolo, I found another child born to Francesco Paolo Mangano and Margherita Colletti.

Birth of Giuseppe Mangano in July 1869
This would be the brother Joe.

This is the first Giuseppe born to the couple in November 1865. He most likely died before the second Giuseppe was born in 1869.
