Help Translating Family Documents
I was sent these documents from a family member in Italy and I'm having a hard time translating them myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The last image is a death act - the first two images are a Publication of Marriage Banns.
Here is the translation of the death act.
Death Act #38
Dated 29 December 1938 in the town of San Fior
Declaring the death: Francesco Gaiotti, son of Pietro, age 53, farmer residing in San Fior; and Giuseppe Camerin, son of Giuseppe, age 30, painter residing in San Fior.
At 10 AM today in the house in Via Pieve #14 died Tiziano Pagotto, age 86, disabled, residing in San Fior, born in San Fior to deceased Natale [Pagotto] who lived in San Fior in his lifetime, and to deceased Teresa Da Rui who lived in San Fior in her lifetime. Tiziano was the widower of Giovanna De Nardi.
Witnesses to the recording of the death: Mario Curtolo, son of Luigi, age 29, costruction worker; and Michele Brescacin, 30, son of deceased Lorenzo, clerk, both residing in this town.

Groom: Luigi Battistuzzi, unmarried, 30, blacksmith residing in Venice, son of Giovanni Battista, age 64, blacksmith residing in Venice, and of Giovanna Spinace, housewife residing in Venice in her lifetime (so deceased).
Bride: Pasqua Pagotto, unmarriage, 27, housewife residing in San Fior, daughter of Tiziano, 69, farmer residing in San Fior, and of Giovanna De Nardi, who resided in San Fior in her lifetime (so deceased)
The groom was born in Venice, the bride in San Fior, and the groom has resided in the town of Venice and the brid in San Fior.
Left column indicates that the banns (pledge to marry) would be posted on 4, 11, and 15 December on the door of the town hall.

Giacomo Brescacin, 56, and Cesar Bouch(?), 25
The spouses presented their birth acts to the official. He also received from Venice on 3 November 1921, a certificate that the groom was free to marry.
