Dated 14 December 1916 in Carlentini
Death was declared by Giuseppa Zappala, daughter of deceased Onofrio, age 49, housewife; and by Agalino(?) Distefano, son of deceased Sebastiano, age 42, farmer.
Today in the house in Via Archimede, no number, died Ignazio Sacca', age 56, farmer. He was born in Carlentini, son of deceased Filadelfio [Sacca’], and of deceased Sebastiana Gagiolo.
He was the husband of Rosa Circo.
Witnesses to the recording of the death act: Luciano Sanfilippo, son of Nicola, age 23, mason; and Rocco Scavone, son of unknown parents, age 29, trader/manufacturer.
