The first letter of Caterina's surname resembles "d". Maybe it's something like Damate or Damato or Dumare?

Here's my two cents.

Yes I agree with the parents being the deceased Santo and the deceased Maddalena. I believe Maddalena's surname is Scaminaci

I believe the wife, Caterina's surname, begins with a "D" and my thinking is her surname is "Durante". I think that it is a badly formed letter "a" in the name but if you look at the word "nominate" the letter there is somewhat similarly formed.

We really need to see the actual birth, death and marriage documents, to be certain that the information provided here is accurate. (Are they included at all with the tree you have sighted?) I haven't been able to find evidence that "Scaminare" is an actual surname. It may be, but my thinking is that the name has been misread and no one has picked up on it. I did find one, and only one, record that had been indexed on Family Search which included the surname "Scaminare" and when I searched for and located the record, (because it wasn't attached to the indexing) the surname looked to be "Seminara" and definitely not "Scaminare".

I've located the following record which looks to be a brother of Melchiore, the parents being the deceased Santo Lo Faso and deceased Maddalena Scaminaci.

The spelling of Maddalena’s surname looks to be clearer in the record. (I’m still reading Scaminaci.) Note, she was deceased by 1846.
