Need some help translating this marriage record. A few items:
What is the groom, Giuseppe's occupation?
It says he is the son of Bernardo, but what does the In Vida under Bernardo's name mean? That he is still alive?
I'm interested to know what is on the 3rd page. I can't get much out of it, but it seems like maybe it's talking about what happens upon death? Or laying out some kind of terms? I see a mention of Salvatore Galiano and am very curious about what it's about.

Thanks for your help as always, I really appreciate it!

What is the groom, Giuseppe's occupation? Massaro - Farm Manager/steward
It says he is the son of Bernardo, but what does the In Vida "in vita" under Bernardo's name mean? That he is still alive? "in life" - so Bernardo is deceased.

Wow, thank you Tessa! There sure was a lot of info in there! And no wonder I couldn't find a death record for Bernardo, he didn't die in Racalmuto. It's probably under that town.

I'm reading Buonpensiere, but I am wondering whether it is an error and it is suppose to read Bompensiere (Caltanissetta)?
I looked for the processetti but unfortunately they don't seem to be on line. Currently, there don't appear to be any records on line for the town of Bompensiere prior to 1866.

I thought the same thing about Bompensiere. I had made a list of surrounding towns to Racalmuto and it was on my list. Most likely that is where he died.
