Matrimonio translation (and explanation)

I would greatly appreciate a translation of this marraige record (#24, right), specifically the paragraph at the bottom. This marriage record is dated 1894, however I know of several children that the couple had before then, including my great-grandfather Francesco in 1879, so I'm hoping this paragraph itself could provide an explanation or someone could explain why this may have happened so much later. Thank you so much!!!

The marriage was on 29 June 1894, at the bottom there is the list of their children that with the marriage were legitimized.
It's also said that they had been declared as "legittimi" in the birth acts (but they were not). There should be found and read all the birth acts.

There were 7 children born to this couple who are mentioned in the record with their place and date of birth. They were entered into the register as legitimate. The first two children were born in Marigliano, and the others in Somma V.
Sometimes couples were married in the church but not in a civil ceremony.

Also one small question: It says Lucia was "nata ivi" and Francesco was "nato in detto commune". Is it referring to Marigliano which was just previously mentioned for Antonio/Nicola, or the commune of the marriage, Somma Vesuviana? (It does not explicitly mention Somma V. until Giuseppa)

yes it is Somma Vesuviana

For me 'ivi' and 'in detto comune' are referred to the last mentioned locality (Marigliano) (and they are used to not repeat the same name), while at the end 'in questo comune' refers to the town where the act is written (Somma Vesuviana) ; so 4 children in Marigliano and 3 in Somma (should be verified with the birth acts).
