need help with translation

I think i have most of this: Birth of Filomena DiFranco in Rionero Sannitico. Recorded on November 16, 1894 and actual birth at 4 minutes past noon on November 14. Father is Giovanni Di Franco age 31, farmer and Mother is Aurora Fisco daughter of the late Giacomo. A housewife and his legal wife. I just can' t figure out the city/town/berg etc where they are residing. thank you so much for what you do.. See attached.

the time on the 14th is 4 P.M. (P.M. 4 and no minutes).

I think the street is Strada le Vigne (there is a current street called "strada interpoderale le Vigne Vernali", so this is possibly the same street, but I can't say for sure)

His wife was a contadina/so peasant/farmer like her husband.
