I suspect you meant to say you found a "birth" record...

This is what I am reading...

This is the birth act of a foundling, an abandoned child.
#74
The record is dated 22 July 1892 in Bari.
Appearing before the official at the town hall was Giovanni Sagges, 72, clerk residing in Bari, in the capacity of special agent to Sister Paolina Lafabrier, to declare an abandoned male child who appears to be about 3 months of age. The child was found with a shirt, 5 pieces of cloth, half of an image of S. Giuseppe, and a note to the Mother Superior that the child was born 18 April 1892, and has been baptized with the name Antonio.
I believe it states that the child was baptized again on 18 July 1892
The official then gave the child the name Vincenzo and the surname Saggi. The child was then given into the custody of the Ospedale for a wetnurse and care.

NOTE: Often when a child was abandoned, the mother would leave an identifying item with the child. In this case, half of the S. Giuseppe image/card. So that if/when the mother returns to claim her child, it is easily identified.

The authority assigned to the child the name Vincenzo and the surname Saggi. Subsequently, the child was entrusted to the hospital for breastfeeding and necessary care paper minecraft
