Marriage Record Translation

Post by rp76226 »

This marriage record is also 4 pages long.

On page one of the below link, what is the name of the groom's mother?

Are there any grandparent names given on pages 2-4?

Giuseppa Mangiameli

And on page 2 it mentions the father of deceased Giuseppe as Filippo La Torre, paternal grandfather of the groom. Both death acts were presented and should be in the allegati/processetti.

Thank you. I see the names on page 2, but no dates. No idea how to get to the allegati/processetti.

It begins here, with the marriage extract, then several pages following with Latin birth acts and deaths from parish records.

Thanks Teresa.

I was able to translate the first page. Interesting the the surname of the bride's mother shows as Ferraro (a recognizable surname), while the civil record number 20 shows the bride's mother as Ferro (never saw that surname before).

Other than that, I was unable to translate the following pages.
