This is the record which had her name in the index as Providenzia Stabile, but in the margin of the record it says Cascio, which is a mistake. That is the surname of the godparents.
Date Aug 21, 1769 in Bisacquino. Father was Vincenzo Stabile. Mother’s name Rosa, then it looks like Sta for Stabile. So her mother’s surname, which could be Zito, is not in the record or in the index. Need to locate her marriage record to confirm her mother’s surname. Godparents were Sebastiano lo Cascio and Domenica Cascio (without the lo in her surname), father and daughter.
Have to get going now.
