Searching records of Vincitore in Sora Italy

I am new to this site and not sure if someone could assist me. I am looking for records of Achille Vincitore and Nunziata Tersigni, family which I am aware there were 8 Children. I have the names but only my grandfather Giovanni came to the US. I m trying to find out if there were other family members that came to the US (don't believe so) but Giuseppe Vincitore piques my interests because on my grandfather's shipping records, has listed "Giuseppe Vincitore was living in Schenectady" thus why my grandfather was moving there. However I have no records of Giuseppe anywhere in the in Schenectady, NY or anywehere in the US. That said, I am looking for some historical records to see if Giuseppe lives in Sora the rest of his life. Can anyone assist me on where I could locate Archille Vincitore's family records and history in Italy?

This appears to be the first born of Achille Vincitore and Nunziata... a daughter Maria Domenica in 1878 June.

AS to Giuseppe...
He was a TWIN with Pasquale, born on 16 February 1885 at 1 AM
Here are the birth acts for both (#73 and #74)
On Giuseppe's birth act there are annotations indicating that he married in 1909 with Giovanna Patricca, and that he died IN SORA on 19 November 1979 (could be 1929?)
