My great grandmother was a Gualtieri, but they are through out Italy, which region or town is your family from?

There are 3 hyphernated Lombardi town names in the province of Avellino..The address would be Comune di.................., Postale............ (AV), Campania Italy.esuming that your sending for documents then the office you aere seking is Uffico Di Stato Civile. =Peter=

I'm researching My great great grandfather Francis Joseph Felli born February 14, 1849, Lombardi, Italy and his parents are Antonio Felli & Carolina Columbia. Frank immigrated From Lombardi, Italy to Waupaca, WI in 1881, he married Mary "Rose" Laughi also from Lombardi, her parents Peter Lughi & Louisa Lavteuig

Wish I knew which one, that is something I need to find out, just have Lombardi, Italy listed on Francis's immigration paperwork and Francis & Mary's marriage certificate

Felli is a surname present also in Lombardia region... you sure that "Lombardi" word means a town and not the region(Lombardia)??? regards, suanj

The Carolina surname could be Colombi or Colombo also..

abt Maria Rosa Laughi I believe that the surname is LONGHI... I found a relationship between a Felli married at Longhi and coming from Casalzuigno, Varese, Lombardia, Italy... I believe that this area could be right...

but Laughi exist not in Italy Maria Rosa Laughi) ... maybe you mean Lughi? as the father? However Lughi surname is always of same area... so the search is abt Lombardia region, I think... regards, suanj
