I am helping a friend obtain dual citizenship. We need some birth certificates and a marriage certificate from Arpino but cannot find which church has those records. Looking for Teresa Valucci, DOB 1/28/1892 and Serafino Notargiacomo, DOB 1/10/1882, date of marriage 11/1/1913. Thanks for your help!

Sazzlynn, did the record you found indicate there was a civil document? Or would they even mention that. Would the book and page number from the church be helpful for the civil courthouse to find a record? Thanks.
