They used Arbolina when they got to the States ~ Wonder if it's better to use all as alternate names?

Thanks ~ I have the correct Death record from 1910 in my stash. I wonder why some certificates use two names, and some use just the first name? Thanks for your help.

I did go back and revisit Giuseppa Villano/Maria Giuseppa Villano/Mario Villano
I'm still confused. Her name seems to be listed as one thing on the marriage or death certificiates, but the children of both Francesco and Milone list the full name as Maria Giuseppa Villano.
