Hi, Rosa Belluomini was her maiden name, married to Angelo Giovannoni so cannot be same person… here the Birth record of Fiore Giovannoni and the parent's names are Angelo Giovannoni and Rosa Belluomini. me too.. it makes sense, because on the census posted by me above, a lodger was Pete Belluomini and the mother of Fiore was Rosa Belluomini, so maybe Pete was no just a lodger but a relative…

On the public genealogic tree on ancestry.com, the mother maiden name, was Maria Lagomaggiore and died 15 apr 1897 in England.
